How do I place a custom order?
Simply select your product and add in any theme notes.Please double-check spelling and details before submitting your order.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Because our items are custom-made, changes are only possible within a short window after ordering. Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page and we’ll do our best to help.
What if i don't see a theme I want?
Reach out! We are always getting in new inventory and your theme may be on the way!
Shipping & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons. Be sure to check your email and spam for order processing updates.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If expedited shipping is available, it will be shown at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping does not change production times.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, we’ll update our site.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because our products are custom gifts, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there is any issue with your order, please reach out through our Contact Us page within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos so we can assist you quickly.

Are your products high quality?
Absolutely. We carefully select materials and create each item with attention to detail to ensure it’s gift-worthy and made to last.
What types of items will be in my box?
While each box is unique we keep wide variety of inventory and ensure your box is a good mix of smaller and larger items. Based on feedback you provide on gender, color or theme you can expect a mix of Bags, stationary, blind boxes, plushes, blankets, toys, keychains, hair accessories, phone accessories and more.
Allergen Information
Our home does have cats. We work to keep the cats out of this room and away from the products but want you to be aware the items may come into contact with cat dander. We do not currently stock any beauty items with ingredients but it is on your to ensure that all products are safe for the recipient.
